Support for special projects funded outside of our general operating budget such as <br />CONECT (serving exclusively Plymouth residents), the Housing Endowment Fund, the <br />Community Housing Coalition, the Independence Day Project, and the BeFriender <br />Project present an added funding challenge. <br />VOLUNl £ERISM AT lOCP <br />lOCP continues to engage the wisdom, time, energy and expertise of more than 600 <br />community volunteers (who in 1998 contributed 28.000 hours of volunteer service) and <br />an ever-growing list of partners.
