A suggested
next step in the process is to meet with a developer of quality townhomes and other housing types.
Ron Clark is a developer who has developed townhomes in Wayzata and Tonka Bay, as well as a
number other western suburbs. Mr. Clark is willing to meet with the Council in a work session to
share his insights regarding townhome development and important elements of quality development.
If the Council is interested in such a work session, a date should be selected when all Council
Members are available for a two hour block of time.
COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to set a date and time for a work session with Ron Clark to review and discuss information
regarding quality housing options.
