The easements are being acquired from the Fairview Covenant <br />Church and from the Palmer property. The amounts to be paid for the easements are $6,504.40 for <br />the easement on the Fairview Covenant Church property, and $6,377.90 for the easement on the <br />Palmer property. In addition, the City \vill pay closing costs and incidental expenses inclined by the <br />Church and the Palmers. This will bring the total cost to approximately $14,000. This amount is <br />being funded from the Park Fund. <br />COUPiCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to amend the Park Fund budget to reflect the expenditure of $14,000 for the acquisition of <br />easements for the Saga Hill Park area access.
