The bam is cla^fled as an oversized accessory structu(eas it exceeds 1,000 square <br />feet. <br />Weinberger commented that asl^nditlon of approval the wpi^perty owner will be required to file a <br />restrictive covenant on the propertyJhat states, In part, thd^o future subdivision will be approved <br />that places the structure within a lot that has no princIpaL^i^cture, and If the property Is subdivided, <br />the oversize accessory structure and principal structure^li be located together within a lot that <br />meets that minimum lot area requlremen^r the gj^ size of accessory building. <br />Weinberger stated that the property does noUialre a conforming septic system.
