Stoddard moved, Lindquist seconded, to recommend denial of Application #2492,2490 Old Beach Road, for an after-the-fact variance and conditional use permit for a retaining wall, and recommend to the City Council that the Applicant and the Applicant's Landscape Architect meet with the City's Forester in order to revise a new landscape plan for consideration by the City Council which Is more In accordance with the recommendations of the City Forester in order.to allow this item to be expedited.
