Staff recommends that the Developer’s Agreement be required for stormwater <br />pond construction as noted in the resolution. Upon adoption of the resolution, release of the fmal <br />plat for filing will be contingent on completion of all remaining documents and conditions. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Take formal action to accept the North Arm Lane acquisition agreement subject to City <br />Attorney acceptance of all necessary documents. <br />Adopt or amend the attached final plat approval resolution. <br />i <br />i <br />i
