This <br />would reduce the cost to homeowners. <br />Obtain an accurate cost for con*-truction of the Low Flow system and provide this to all <br />homeowners. Due to the significant increases in estimated costs in the past, the residents <br />do not have a great deal of comfort with the current engineering firms cost estimates.
