The only <br />change is the addition is the undertaking of the School District to provide 10 foot utility <br />easements on the easterly and westerly 10 feet of Outlot A which will give to the City a <br />continuous perimeter easement around the entire property. <br />I have also enclosed an Easement Agreement whereby the School District will <br />grant the easements. <br />Finally, 1 am enclosing the quit claim deed 1 had previously prepared whereby the <br />City quit claims its interest i.i Outlot A. The only change from the earlier document is a specific <br />reference in the deed to the easements rights being relinquished. <br />I believe these three documents should be sufficient for action on Monday. <br />I have submitted the abstract to the title company for updating. Because the <br />abstract was most recently updated to 1991, the subsequent work should not take much time. <br />Title work will follow.
