A 10’ easement at the east and west ends of outlot A will be <br />retained. <br />Attorney Tom Crosby on behalf of the School District has provided the attached document for <br />extinguishing the City's easement rights. These documents will be reviewed by City Attorney Tom <br />Barrett prior to the Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to authorize the appropriate City representatives to sign the documents extinguishing the <br />City's easement rights over Outlot A, Orono School Expansion per the terms of the Developed <br />Agreement dated November 28, 1988.
