The parcel was acquired for potential drainage and utility needs. The property <br />adjacent to this parcel has now been subdivided. The City no longer has a need for the parcel. <br />It is recommended this parcel be released for sale to adjacent property owners, subject to the <br />placement of a flowage and conservation easement over the entire parcel, and a drainage and utility <br />easement along the eastern boundary of the parcel. A resolution authorizing release of the property <br />for sale to adjacent property owners with these conditions is attached for Council consideration. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion regarding the adoption of a resolution releasing the tax forfeit property at 1025 Brown Road <br />South for sale to adjacent property owners.
