A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br />ON FOX RIDGE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No.of the Council adopted Junel4, <br />1999, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Fox Ridge sanitary sewer <br />improvement, and this report was received by the Council on June 14, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project <br />is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. <br />2. <br />The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $ 190,000. <br />A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of July, 1999 <br />in the Council Chambers, 2780 Kelley Parkway, at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of June, 1999. <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
