Hillary Lebowitz, who is a law enforcement student, has submitted an <br />application for the position and is available for the needed time period. Because of her interest, <br />and a need to have this position filled, I am recommending Hillary Lebowitz be hired as a part- <br />time Community Service Officer. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Request Hillary Lebowitz be hired as a part-time Community Service Officer at the pay <br />rate of $8.53 per hour with no benefits or PERA membership based on the $5100 maximum <br />earnings stipulation, effective May 11, 1999. <br />i
