Restoration of driveways and boulevards would be completed as <br />previously described for the gravity sewer system. <br />The installation of the pressure sewer system would be less intrusive than the gravity system. The <br />common forcemain would not be as deep as the gravity system and would therefore minimize street <br />reconstruction costs. Residential access could b- maintained on all roads during construction. The <br />overall project costs would be substantially Ic ver if the pressure system is installed. The City has <br />indicated that a majority of Webber Hills re.^ .dents favor the pressure sewer system over the gravity <br />sewer system. <br />The project will be constructed on pubb ; and private property. The alignments selected and shown <br />on Figure 2 will require permanent Jid temporai7 easements to allow for construction. The <br />alignments shown on Figure 3 would require temporary construction easements. <br />Detailed cost estimates for both of the sanitary sewer improvement options are presented in the <br />Appendices. <br />Webber Hills Sanitary Sewer Improvements
