6. The City Council has considered this application including the findings and <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by staff and comments of <br />the applicants and the affect of the proposed use on the health, safety, and welfare <br />of the community. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the findings noted above, the Orono City Council <br />hereby grants a conditional use permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 <br />(G) to permit the use of an existing farmhouse on the property as a caretaker and guest house, and <br />further to amend the CUP approval of Resolution No. 3902 to allow said structure and adjacent <br />outbuildings to be retained on the Club property, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Resolution No. 3902, Condition 3 on Page 8 of 17, is hereby amended by allowing <br />the farmhouse, detached garage and shed to remain on the Club property as <br />allowed accessory structures. <br />Use of the caretaker house/guest house as a dwelling unit shall be limited to Club <br />employees, members and non-paying guests. <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Page 3 of 4
