STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of the lot line rearrangement to create two parcels (Lots 3-4-5, <br />Pleasant View and Lots 6-7-8, Pleasant View) subject to the following conditions; <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />The existing cabin at 660 Big Island be removed along with the deck and stairway <br />to include sidewalks and removal of the shed within the side yard setback of 30 feet. <br />This being completed prior to the filing of the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement <br />with Hennepin County. <br />All existl.ig easements for septic and well use across other properties be vacated. <br />Drainage and utility easements granted to the City 5' along interior property lines and <br />10' along the rear property lines. <br />A Title Opinion shall be completed, and a copy provided to the City, prior to filing <br />the subdivision. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />To direct Staff to draft a resolution for adoption by the City Council.
