The lots are currently 3 separate seasonal residences <br />on four tax parcels that are to be combined into 2 parcels. <br />3 existing cabins are located on the lots. As a result of the subdivision 1 cabin would be removed <br />leaving 1 cabin on each of the 2 remaining tax parcels. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION; <br />The Planning Commission recommended by a 5 to 0 vote to: <br />Approve the application subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Remove the cabin on Lots 5 and 6 within 30 months of Council approval. <br />2. The applicants agree not to use the cabin during the 30 month time period. <br />3.All agreements for shared septic systems and wells be eliminated, as they will no longer be <br />necessary.
