ORDINANCE M105, 2nd Series <br />AN ORDINANCE TO EXEMPT PROPERTIES WITHIN THE <br />STUBBS BAY SEWER PROJECT AREA FROM THE PROVISIONS OF <br />OFONO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 12.30, SUBDIVISION 4 (B)(1) <br />AND ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR CONNECTION TO SEWER <br />FOR PROPERTIES WITHIN THE STUBBS BAY SEWER PROJECT AREA <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the ^ <br />(hereinafter "the City") has ordered the ^*'stallatxon of <br />municipal sewer trunk lines and laterals to serve the Stu Y <br />area; and <br />/ <br />WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay sewer project area 4^7 <br />properties or groups of properties which said <br />sewer connection stubs brought to the proper Y Jo-f^ribed by properties and groups of propertxes bexng legally descrxbed by <br />Property Identification Numbers in Exhibit A attached; and <br />HHBRBAS, the Stubbs Bay sewer project is <br />be complete and available for connectxon xn late 1992 o Y <br />1993; and <br />WHEREAS, Municipal Code Section 12.30, ? <br />(B) (1) requires that the owners of all the Citysewer becomes available shall connect such ^uiiarngs to the City <br />sewer within 16 months of the availability of the sewer, and <br />WBEREftS, in order to reduce the immediate *^"®'’‘'the <br />burden on homeowners in the Stubbs Bay £’'orthe «aiiredCity Council has agreed to extend the length of the requirec <br />connection period for properties in the project area. <br />HOW THBREPORB# the City Council of Orono does hereby <br />ordain: <br />section 1.
