PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission / ^commended by a 5 to 0 vote to: <br />Approve the proposed development to permit a residential and garage addition to the residence, and <br />to raise the roofline of the existing structure to allow a full second story within the 75' lakeshore <br />setback, and ahead of the Average Lakeshore Setback. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />StafT recommends approval of the applicantion. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed resolution.
