Date of Application: 2/17/99 <br />Date Complete: 2/17/99 <br />60 day limit: 4/17/99 <br />Easements <br />Drainage and Conservation Easements <br />The applicant shall provide easements over all drainage areas, wetlands, and the stormwater pond. <br />The applicant must also obtain the required approvals and permits from the Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed District. <br />Letter of Credit <br />The City Engineer has recommended a letter of credit at 150% for the site improvements.
