A land alteration permit is also required to grade the site for the new parking area <br />and the pond. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommended approval. <br />Parking <br />The approval resolution references the Zoning Code's requirement for parking stall size for each <br />type of space to be provided. The parking lot will need to be striped to meet this requirement. <br />The grade of the parking area is to be 4%. The Public Services Director and City's landscape <br />architect consultant recommend 4% Large paved areas that are have greater slopes become icy <br />in the winter time and can also increase the speed of stormwater runoff. <br />ft247!
