Pedestrian Crossing nlt : nTTr//\xvxvi.ixoLOAt.n)M
a. The school district e.xpects a small number of high school students to use the
pedestrian crossing after school hours. The district believes most students will
drive their car from the high school lot to the middle school parking areas,
especially the north lot near the gymnasium. Due to the low pedestrian traffic
volume, they plan to install a student crossing signs similar to the one currently
being used at the adjacent Student Center.
5. Variance for 40’ setback at parking lot
a. As discussed earlier, your staff recommendation will be that City Council
approve a variance for the 40’ parking setback at the April 12, 1999 City
Council meeting.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
WOLD ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS
cc.
