The allowed height is 2 1/2 stories or 30 feet. The applicant has <br />indicated that the height of the building varies from 32-42 feet above grade. The height limitations <br />may be increased by conditional use permit when applied to parapet walls (less than 3 feet above the <br />height of the building), cooling towers, and elevator penthouses. <br />Zoning Requirements for Schools <br />The RR-IB district is intended to provide an area for low density residential development and <br />limited agricultural uses. Schools are allowed in this district as a conditional use. The athletic fields <br />are accessory to the principal school use.
