The middle school will serve 675 students in <br />grades 6-8. The school building will include a varsity gymnasium, cafeteria, lecture room and media <br />center. The school building will be approximately 113,000 gross square feet and two stories in <br />height. <br />This application will also require the following actions: <br />1. City to vacate easements across Outlot A (See Exhibit D) <br />2. School district to legally combine the separate tax parcels <br />3. Land alteration permit to grade the site/MCWD permits <br />4.
