This site will be assigned the address "800 Old Crystal Bay Road". The site <br />is currently divided into four parcels with an outlot. The School District is required to legally <br />combine the lots into one tax parcel and the City needs to vacate its easements over Outlot A. The <br />middle school is a conditional use in the RR-IB zoning district. The athletic fields are an <br />accessory use to the school. To prepare the site for new construction, a conditional use permit <br />is also required for grading where 14,000 cubic yards is expected to be altered. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff has prepared two approval resolutions, one for each site.
