A "help wanted" advertisement was placed <br />in several newspapers and community colleges serving the metropolitan area. Twenty-two <br />applications were received, with seven candidates interviewed for the position. Of these final <br />applicants, Robyn Hoechst was selected. Robyn is currently employed at Abbott Northwestern <br />Hospital as a lead security supervisor, and had been a corrections officer with Lino Lakes <br />Correctional Facility in 1996. <br />After discussing the position with Ms. Hoechst. I feel she has the capability and desire to <br />serve our community. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Request Council approve hiring Robyn Hoechst as a full-time Community Service <br />Officer at the pay rate of $10.69 per hour with full benefits. <br />"7S vj
