STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of the lot line rearrangement as proposed based on the <br />following conditions: <br />1.The applicant shall grant easements, to be shown on the final survey, 10 feet along <br />exterior property lines and 5 feet along interior property lines. <br />2.All existing structures on both the 372 Westlake Street lot be removed prior to <br />filing the subdivision with Hennepin County. Applicant shall apply for <br />demolition permits from the City prior to removal of the houses or cabins. <br />3. The on-site sewage treatment system located on the 372 lot be vacated. <br />4.Grant variances on both lots for lot area and lot width to create buildable lots and <br />a variance for the 364 lot to permit an average lakeshore setback without requiring <br />fu: •’ r Planning Commission or City Council review. <br />5.
