Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />PIIBI.TC HEARING NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Tuesday, February 16,1999 at 6:30 p.m. on the matter of a proposed revision to the <br />Orono Zoning Code Section 10.26, Subdivision 3 regarding the LR-lC-1 One-Family Lakeshore <br />Residential Subdistrict. <br />The proposed revision would eliminate the allowance of a 50% increase in dwelling unit density over <br />that of the LR-IC District, and may result in elimination of the LR-lC-1 Zoning District, in which <br />case all properties so zoned would revert to LR-IC zoning. The proposed revision would decrease <br />the potential number of dwelling units that could be developed on properties within the LR-lC-1 <br />zone. <br />The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. The public hearing will commence at 6:30 p.m. All persons <br />wishing to be heard will appear at this time. Written comments are solicited. A map showing the <br />affected properties is attached. All neighboring properties within 350' of the affected properties are <br />also being notified of the public hearing.
