1999 Joint Use Dock Licenses <br />March 4,1999 <br />Page 2 <br />We have yet to receive 1999 applications from Big Island Veterans Camp or Sandv Beach . <br />A joint use dock located on Fagemess Point since the early 1960 ’s serving 8 homes in the <br />subdivision of Maplegate Inlet was identified some years ago as requiring a joint use dock license, <br />and staff has been following this up in conjunction with LMCD staff in order to gain compliance. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Adopt the seven attached resolutions granting joint use dock lic^*nses for 1999 to each of the <br />applicants. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by___________, seconded by_________, to adopt Resolutions <br />_______through ______, directing staff to issue joint use dock licenses to Big Island Inc., Bohns <br />Point/North Shore Homeowners, Forest Arms Homeowners Association, Fox Hill Homeowners <br />Association, Minnetonka Power Squadron, Pheasant Lawn Homeowners Association, and Walters <br />Port Maintenance and Improvement Association for the period of January 1,1999 to December 31, <br />1999. <br />•Vote: ______ayes,______nays. <br />1
