Foxhill Homeowners Association Miimetonka Power Squadron Pheasant Lawn Homeowners Association Walters Port Association List of Exhibits A • City Map of Joint Dock Locations B*- Resolutions C - 1999 Applications These seven renewal joint use dock license applications each exhibit no changes from previous licenses. The City has received no complaints on any of these seven joint use dock operations. Staff recommends approval of 1998 joint use dock licenses for each of these ten applicants. Status of Other Joint Use Docks Victoria Estates Homeowners Association did not submit a license request for 1998 or 1997, and w'as sent letters in January 1998 and July 1998 requesting an immediate application be submitted, and a further was included when their 1999 application forms were mailed out in December 1998. Wc have had no contact from this association to date, and they have not yet submitted an application for 1999. Staff will submit this to the City Attorney for legal action this spring upon any frirther use of this joint dock, if no application is received. Navarre Cove Homeowners Association will no longer be licensed separately, and the joint use dock system will be reduced to 4 slips to be licensed to Kelly Cove Homeowners Association, which has applied for a 1999 license. Review of this application by Council will occur once the paperwork has been completed per Council's action in November. The Carlson/Gage/Nelson association has paid the fee for 1999 but we are waiting for the actual application to arrive.
