The estimate was based on the plan set with revisions dated 2/4/99. The total <br />cost for site improvements to serve the 29 proposed units (sta. 10+50 to sta. 15+20) is $279,912. <br />A financial guarantee for 150% of this amount or $419,868 should be provided to the City. <br />We prepared an additional cost estimate for future construction of street and utilities to the west lot <br />line (sta. 15+20 to sta. 16+65). The total cost for this construction is $34,700. A financial guarantee <br />for 150% of this amount or $52,050 should be provided to the City. <br />Itemized copies of both cost estimates are attached for your review.
