A copy of the resolution <br />as amended in attached in E^ibit B. <br />Subdivider's Agreement <br />A subdivider's agreement is the document that clarifies the subdivider's responsibility for site <br />improvements in a timely manner. The subdivider's agreement has been drafted by staff and is <br />attached as Exhibit A. Please note that there are blank spaces in the subdivider's agreement for <br />the dates of revised plan documenis to be inserted. The following documents are to be attached <br />to the subdivider's agreement as exhibits: legal description. Resolutions for both preliminary and <br />final plats, title opinion, construction plans, construction schedule for plan improvements, letter <br />of credit, Livingston Avenue extension plans, and declaration of covenants, and easements. <br />The City Engineer has reviewed the plans based on the City Council's direction in the preliminary <br />plat resolution. He has determined the following costs to include in the financial guarantee: <br />SITE IMPROVEMENTS @ 150%$419,868 <br />LIVINGSTON AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS <br />® 150% <br />$ 52,050
