It should be lowered to the greatest
extent possible, to reduce the excessive visial and noise pollution. In the fir,al
design process, we want a commitment from Mn.DOT that the ramp will be
lowered to the greatest extent pcssiblc.
b.The tree buffer along the north side of the railroad trackage must be preserved
during construction and post-construction. The final design plans must specify
that this tree buffer shall be preser/ed a: any cost.
c,The road surface matsnal should be of a Type and consistency that minimizes
vehicle noise to the greatest erctent.
.Acceptable access must be maintained to the Summit Park Cemeter/ at all times
Phene: 6i:uV3*0:j4 Fav6i :->>4-5;(3 e*ma:l; cu>^<1'‘vav2JiQ.orii 'A/U.W
