The Planning Commission <br />reviewed the application in October and November 1997. The City <br />Council reviewed the plan on December 8, 1997, and January 26, 1998. <br />On December 1, 1998, Judge Charles A. Porter, Jr. granted a <br />judgment in favor of Tonka Ventures, requiring the City to approve the <br />development application. <br />The Council has reviewed the major elements of the site plan, and has <br />directed staff to bring the preliminary plat forward for Council action. <br />The preliminary plat has been revised from 30 units to 29 units to <br />preserve more trees. A revised landscaping plan has also been submitted, <br />however, it was received on 2-18-99 and has been sent to the city's <br />planning/landscape architect consultant for review. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion regarding the attatched preliminary plat and planned residential development resolution. <br />Attachments:
