Final plat approval, if granted, will be subject to a number of conditions intended to ensure <br />that the access will ultimately be constructed across from Brimhall, with all pertinent documents to <br />be approved by the City Attorney. <br />If Council is satisfied that all concerns are resolved, the final plat approval resolution may be <br />adopted. Council should also direct staff to amend the site plan approval resolution as necessary to <br />accomodate the potential access options..
