Jean Mork Bredeson has indicated she <br />and her consultants have reviewed the option of flipping! the building. She has submitted a letter <br />discussing specific reasons why that option is undesirable. <br />Staff has been in contact with MnDOT as noted below, and it seems likely the turnback option is still <br />feasible (see below). The applicant is requesting that Council approve the final plat, which approval <br />could potentially be granted subject to a number of conditions which would \ ave to be met either <br />before filing of the plat, before issuance of the building permit, or by specified dates. A resolution <br />has been drafted %vith a number of contingency conditions.
