East of Brimhall Avenue in Orono <br />Dear Mr. Kiemen: <br />As we discussed on the telephone on 1/8/99. the above referenced access pe^i <br />is being reviewed for an entrance at the existing curb cut provided by Mn/DOT <br />when TH 12 was previously reconstructed. <br />Based on the drawing you faxed me I am sure that the location and the design of <br />the access are acceptable to Mn/DOT. However. 1 need time to determine the <br />need for a westbound right turn lane.
