The site is located at 885 Ferndale Road in the southeast quarter <br />of Section 2. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters. <br />• The overall plans appear acceptable from an engineering standpoint The proposed driveway <br />location will impact the fioodplain (elevation 931) located west of the existing driveway. The <br />area and volume of the floodplain should be verified prior to construction. The driveway <br />relocation should result in no net loss of floodplain capacity.
