The following comments apply: <br />'■ ^^I^No lMCWDstomwater permit is r^ There appears to be no wetland BS/WTOW <br />floodplain impacts. If the project involves grading of more than 5,000 square feet -------- <br />an erosion control permit will be required. ^ <br />BM^^; A stormwater pemit will be required to address the issues of rate control and VOCrT/ <br />h.rff^r!' all wetlands. The width of those <br />buffers will depend on the surface area of the wetland, if any filling, draining or <br />activity'"^ planned within the wetland boundary a permit will be required for that <br />3. #2447: Filling or grading below elevation 931.5 will require a floodplain alteration <br />permit. A cut and fill summary would be needed to determine whether or not a net <br />decrease of the flood storage zone will result from the planned activit>- <br />4. #2450: This project will be required to provide BMP’s for stormwater management. ^ ^ <br />If grading of more than 5,000 square feet is involved an erosion control permit w ill <br />also be required. ’ <br />Thank ou for the opportunity to comment.
