The <br />applicants want to remodel the existing kitchen and entryway. The house was constructed in 1955 <br />has had some remodeling over the years according to the permit record, See Exhibit F. The <br />proposed addition would not interfere with lakeviews from adjacent properties because it does not <br />further encroach into the average lakeshore setback. <br />The applicants are willing to remove hardcover and will remove one of the curb cuts on Shadywood <br />Road which is a benefit to the City and County. The southern curb cut is near a bridge over a <br />chamiei where there are poor sight lines for exiting.
