The resolution does not clearly list the total <br />amount of hardcover that was permitted in each setback, it references total additional square footage <br />being allowed. The previous resolution states a total lot area of 38,233 sq. ft, where the current <br />survey indicates 37, 980 sq, ft,, a difference of 253 ,sq, ft. <br />It appears that the previous variances were granted using a 1973 survey. The survey did not <br />delineate all of the hardcover and current staff believes that there was an error in the estimated <br />hardcover of approximately 10% because of the difficulty in determining the amount of actual <br />hardcover in the circular driveway area which was not shown on the 1973 survey.
