X <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Monday, October 19,1998 <br />ROLL: <br />The Orono Planning Commission met on the above date with the following members present: <br />Chair Sandra Smith. Wiiliam Stoddard, Elizabeth Hawn, Dale Lindquist. Commissioner Charles <br />Schroeder arrived at 6:45 p.m., and Commissions Janice Berg and Llli McMillan were absent. <br />The following represented City Staff: City Planner/Zoning Administrator Elizabeth Van Zomeren, <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Paul Weinberger, Senior Planning Coordinator Mike Gaffron, <br />and Recorder Jackie Young. <br />Chair Smith called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. <br />RENEWALS AND AMENDMENTS: PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />{U2) #2431 ROGER OLSEN. 815 PARTENWOOD - VARIANCE RENEWAL, 6:34 p.m. - 6:36 p.m. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Lindquist moved, Hawn seconded, to approve Application #2431,815 Partenwood, renewal <br />of variances for lakeshore setback and hardcover In the 0-75* setback per the findings and <br />conditions of Resolution #4004. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />(#3rZ434^ROL OLSON.
