Is the proposed lot layout acceptable? <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />All the lots meet the zoning district requirements for developments in the RR-1A zoning district. <br />Staff is recommending approval of the application based on the following conditions: <br />1.Staff approves the septic reports submitted by the subdivider. Each lot must demonstrate a <br />primary and alternate site to be considered a buildable lot. <br />The City Engineer reviews and approves the drainage plan and stormwater treatment pond <br />within Ae development. <br />3.
