Issues for Discussion <br />1. The property shall have a restrictive covenant placed on the chain of title stating the <br />requirements for an oversized accessory building. <br />2. The proposal meets all requirements for a guest house for lot area and structure setbacks. <br />3. The property does not have a conforming septic system. However the property owners have <br />submitted a septic design that has been approved by the City.
