The building is also located closer to the front lot line than the <br />principal building. <br />Swimming Pool <br />The Zoning Code recognizes swimming pools as structure. The pool is located closer to the front <br />lot line than the principal residence. The intent of the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code is to <br />maintain a rural character for the RR-IA Zoning District. It is the position of Staff that other <br />locations on the property may be able to support the pool. The proposed location of the pool was • <br />once part of the septic site before a replacement system wjis installed in 1994. The new system is <br />located behind the garage. Please refer to Exhibit I for the new location of the drainfield and sewer <br />pipes. The applicants should comment on the proposed location of the pool and pool house vs. other <br />locations on the property. <br />Plumbing in an Accessory Building <br />Previous property owners were denied a Conditional Use Permit for a Guest House in 1994. <br />However, they were approved to install plumbing into the structure for the purposes of a home <br />office.
