RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USB PERMIT <br />PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.20, SUBDIVISION 3 (C) <br />6 SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 19 <br />- PILE #935 <br />•• <br />HHERFAS, Wayzata Country Club (hereinafter "the applicant") is <br />the owner of the property located at 200 West Wayzata Boulevard located <br />within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as <br />follows: <br />The southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 36. <br />Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian. <br />excluding roads; Also Icnown as P.I.D. #36-118-23-43-0001 (here­ <br />inafter "property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to permit certain grading projects regulated under Zoning Codt <br />Section 10.03 Subdivision 19 and to permit construction of a shelte: <br />building per Section 10.20 Subdivision 3. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono <br />FINDINGS <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #935. <br />The property is located in • the RR-IB Single Family Rura <br />Residential Zoning District. <br />On July 15, 1985, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed th <br />application as proposed and recommended approval of the variou <br />projects which were deemed by City staff to be of a minor natur <br />not requiring detailed review. <br />The City Council reviewed this application on Januar <br />27, 1986 and granted conceptual approval for two project <br />proposed to be immediately commenced in Spring 1986, an <br />directed staff to review the various projects anticipated to t <br />commenced later in 1986 and in future years. <br />The following projects were recommended by staff for approval c <br />April 14, 1986; <br />a) Extension of tee #4, filling of approximately 30 cubic yarc <br />to be spread 6" deep on high ground. <br />Page 1 of 4
