Inc. dated February 26, 1991, revised <br />March 16, 1991, <br />b)Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along <br />all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br />property lines - omit along the sides of the designated wetlands <br />defined as drainage easements. <br />c)Designate all wetland areas (areas at or below 970 <br />elevation, as drainage easements). <br />d)Designate all drainageways and storm sewers as drainage <br />easements on the plat.■ <br />e)Dedication of right-of-way for Watertown Road. <br />B.LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a)Title opinion addressed to the City.
