The City approves <br />the monuments proposed on plans dated December 19, 1989, revise arc <br />18, 1991 by Gerald M. Sunde entitled "Typical Monument Detail that <br />defines 5 1/2' high, 10 lineal feet in length, 3* wide monuments to be <br />installed on each side of the entrance of the private road. The final <br />installed height of these monuments cannot exceed a height of 6 <br />measured from elevation of private road. <br />11.All final grading, drainage and road plans shall be one n <br />accordance with the directives of the Minnehaha Creek Waters e <br />District permit and the final report of the City Engineer before any <br />land alterations or construction can begin. The subdivider <br />execute a developer's agreement that shall include all requ re <br />Improvements. The subdivider shall also provide a I-etter of Credit to <br />be written to the amount of 150% of the cost of all improvements. e <br />Letter of Credit must also be submitted prior to final plat approva <br />by the City.
