The applicant should also <br />be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Issues <br />1.The existing lot does not contain a garage. The proposal would provide the applicants a 36' <br />by 24' attached two-car garage. <br />2.The proposal would meet all yard requirements. <br />O.Hardcover would increase to 51.1% in the 75-250' lakeshore setback. Not included in the <br />setback is 517.25 s.f. of hardcover that would remain in the 0-75' lakeshore setback.
