Van Zonieren <br />City Planner/Zoning Administrator <br />January 15, 1999 <br />Page 3 <br />since the meeting was called on short notice not all owners could <br />attend, nor could we then formally respond as the Association. <br />Although we assume that the two properties in the Hilbelink <br />subdivision would have to become member.^ of the Crystal Creek <br />Homeowners Association, and thus share equally in the costs of the <br />Association (e.g. road maintenance), any marginal benefit to the <br />current members of the Association in sharing costs would not be <br />offset by the overall safety and financial risks involved. For <br />these reasons, we strongly oppose the development of the Hilbelink <br />Subdivision as it pertains to using Crystal Creek Road to access <br />the proposed lots. <br />We respectfully x'equest that the proposed subdivision be <br />denied. <br />Sincer^y, <br />Steven M.
