Stoddard indicated <br />the Planning Commission is a recommending body to th^ity Council and that the City Council <br />may or may not approve this application. <br />Lindquist stated the Plarming Commission can either table it to alloV^e Applicant time to revise <br />the plans or vote on the application tonight. <br />Doleman requested the Plarming Commission vote on his application tonight. <br />Lindquist moved, Kluth seconded, to recommend denial of Application #2605i9Phii <br />Doleman, 1680 Shadywood Road, based on the proposed structural coverage exceealng the <br />15 percent limit and no hardship being demonstrated.
